Ask questions before accepting. 02 Accept the proposal Confirm your selected package and accept the written agreement. The acceptance and payment functions will be connected to a secure client portal before launch. 03 Choose your domain name Check the availability of your preferred domain, who owns it, renewal pricing and whether an existing domain can be reused. Register the domain in your own name. 04 Choose website hosting Compare managed hosting options, security, backups, support, renewal costs and any ongoing maintenance plan. Hosting is separate from the domain registration. 05 Provide your business content Submit your approved logo, brand colours, services, contact details, business images and any legal or industry-specific information. 06 Review your website Preview desktop and mobile versions, request revisions, and approve the final wording, imagery, links and functionality. 07 Connect and launch After written approval, configure DNS, HTTPS, hosting and email-related records as required; test the live site before announcement. 08 Ongoing care Receive handover instructions, account ownership details, backup information, renewal reminders and optional maintenance support.
